Samsung DeX What It Is and How to Get Started
– Samsung DeX is a software platform that is built in to many of the latest Samsung smartphones and tablets.
– To use Samsung DeX, you will need:
• An HDMI adaptor, DeX cable or multiport adaptor
• A display with an HDMI input
• A mouse and keyboard (preferably Bluetooth)
• A DeX-capable smartphone or tablet
– First, connect your mobile device to your display using the HDMI adaptor, DeX cable or multiport adaptor. DeX will launch automatically.
– Next, connect your mouse and keyboard via Bluetooth in your settings menu. If you’d prefer, you can use a USB keyboard and mouse with a multiport adaptor.
– Once you’ve got your mouse and keyboard connected, you can enjoy an intuitive desktop experience in DeX.
