次の手順で、Microsoft 365 Personal または Family サブスクリプションを解約します。

1.https://account.microsoft.com/ でサインインします
2.[サービスとサブスクリプション] を選択します
3.解約するサブスクリプションを特定し、[管理] を選択します
4.[サブスクリプションを解約する] を選択します
5.[定期請求を無効にする] または [サブスクリプションを解約する] を選択します
