FinOps X ‘23 Day 2 KEYNOTE: Google Cloud, Microsoft, Target, Adobe, U.S. Gov’t, Foundation Updates

To open the second day of FinOps X ‘23, we invited participants to hear how Google Cloud and Microsoft leverage AI in their respective cloud billing tools, how Target nurtures and refines its engineering and FinOps talent, how Adobe leverages FinOps principles and capabilities to launch its Firefly product, and we took a look at the FinOps adoption challenges that face the government sector.

Stacy Case, VP Professional Development, announced the future of FinOps certification, and our upcoming subscription-based learning model! Mike Fuller (CTO) and Steve Trask (VP Marketing) introduced us to the FinOps Assessment and FinOps Landscape tools. The staff then led the Lightning Vendor Showcase, where we heard three-minute demos from our participating vendors at FinOps X.
