Creating a New Virtual Machine:

1. Log in to your Google Cloud Console.
2. Navigate to the Compute Engine section.
3. Click on “VM instances” and then click “Create Instance.”
4. Choose your desired instance settings such as machine type, region, and zone.
5. Configure your boot disk with an operating system image.
6. Configure additional settings like network, firewall rules, etc.
