Per the video title.

You can check how much ram memory you have as well as how much memory is being used.

This is done by going into settings
then go to About Chrome OS at your bottom left
Finally, click on Diagnostics
The new window that shows up displays first battery health, then CPU usage (as well as the CPU you have), and finally it shows memory usage and total memory.

Again cpu usage and what cpu you have is in the middle between battery health and memory usage.
