How to generate Case Instance URL in Dynamics 365 Customer Service Application?

This video demonstrates how to craft Case Instance URL in Dynamics 365 Customer Service application.

Case Instance URL is a direct hyperlink to existing case record in Dynamics 365 Customer Service application. Dataverse table does not have a link field which can directly redirect user to existing model driven application which can display case details.
