Easy Sequential Approvals in Power Automate | Beginner’s Tutorial

In this Power Automate Approvals beginner’s tutorial, I’ll guide you through building a Sequential Approval Workflow Process easily, using the NEW “Sequential Approval” type in the Approvals connector.

We’ll define the approval steps and set our sequence of approvers, ensuring that approval tasks are assigned serially to each approver in the sequence. As each approver in the sequence approves, the task moves to the next approver.

We’ll leverage SharePoint Lists and an approval workflow. You’ll learn how to define approvers in sequence, either manually or dynamically, based on a configuration list in SharePoint. The approval flow example shown in the video manages an expense request approval process in SharePoint lists.
