The six steps in troubleshooting your Power BI reports are :
1. Get the report details – report name, filters applied
2. Recreate the problem
3. Identify the Fact table in which the measure is calculated in
4. Ask the right questions, for example, when was the report last updated ?
5. Identify the data source of the fact table. Apply the same filters and compare results with the report
6. Contact the business admin or the person responsible for the data
