Schedule a meeting in the flow of a Microsoft Teams chat

While in a Teams chat, schedule a meeting without opening Outlook and going far from your conversation. All the members of the chat are invited as attendees. Suggested times for meetings are offered based on everyone’s availability in their calendar. Add live meeting notes to the invite to prepare for the meeting, set an agenda together and list some tasks to prepare before you meet.
