Description
Although systems innovation is known to be nonlinear and emergent, a good process or method can still certainly help us structure our thinking to coordinate and align our actions over time. But how can we effectively integrate different tools to guide people through an initiative? What do such methods look like? This is what we will be exploring in this 90-minute seminar with presentation and workshop.
Purpose
The event’s purpose is to discuss the key challenges we face when pursuing systems innovation and examine the frameworks and tools notable organizations have developed and used in their work. We will then build upon this to introduce you to the toolkit we have developed at Si as a way to get started.
