Fix Power Automate Error: “Flow Run Resubmissions are Disabled for Instant Flows.”

In this video, we address the recent Microsoft update that prevents resubmitting instant flows in Power Automate, displaying the error:
“Flow run resubmissions are disabled for instant flows. Please contact your tenant admin to enable support.”

This update has frustrated many users as it disables a crucial feature for testing flows. The only way to resolve this is by executing a PowerShell command with Power Platform Admin Center access.
