How To Copy Forms Response to Lists & Send Email w/Power Automate

This tutorial will show you how to copy a Forms response to Lists & Send Email w/Power Automate.

This 4 step flow will automatically copy the information for you and send a notification so you know when you have something to review. The Power Automate flow will save you a lot of time by reducing manual processes.

Before you create the flow you will need a Microsoft Form, I suggest a group form, and a matching List. The easiest thing to do is make the Forms questions and Lists entries match so that when you map the connection in Power Automate you don’t have to guess where things go.
