Our final floor of three. In this room in particular I became a true anti rug girl. I love rugs for comfort and warmth but the amount of sand and dander that was trapped under was not in any way a positive in the air quality aspect. For the cost, doing it ourselves we obviously saved a good amount of money. With a proper saw and YouTube tutorials you can do this job. My husband and I finished this approx 10×12 room with demo in about 6-8 hrs. The product which was pergo pro made the job hassle free. Not a damaged board. This is important when considering flooring. We opted to spend more on a good product which makes the work less frustrating. And don’t forget underlayment! it makes a huge difference in moisture and air quality. Do not skimp here!
